Yes. We migrate patient, appointment and financial records from Excel, from your current clinic software's export, or directly from the database. Migration is handled by our setup team and is free of charge.

It answers calls to your NetGSM line 24/7, responds to frequently asked questions and books appointments into available slots from the caller's spoken request. For complex or sensitive situations it transfers the call to your clinic staff automatically.

Data is stored in Türkiye, on Turkcell server infrastructure. ISO 27001 certification and TÜBİTAK approval are in progress.

Yes. The branch management module runs a multi-site structure from a single panel, and reports appointments, patients, stock and finance either per branch or consolidated.

Standard setup takes about 3 working days. That covers clinic definitions, service and price lists, user permissions, calendar structure and bringing integrations live (NetGSM, WhatsApp Business, e-invoicing).

Yes. Patients book appointments, track them and view their treatment history and before/after photos in the mobile app. AI skin analysis and the cosmetics store are inside the same app.

Payments are taken through the QNB payment infrastructure. Your card details are never stored on Estora servers; the transaction happens directly on the bank's secure infrastructure. You can pay monthly or yearly and request a corporate invoice.

There is no commitment on monthly plans — you can stop at the end of any month. Choose yearly payment and you get 2 months free.

The assistant introduces itself as a digital assistant speaking on behalf of the clinic; it never claims to be human. The conversation flows naturally, but there is no deception about who is on the other end.

The assistant only answers using the information your clinic has defined in the system; it does not invent answers on topics it is unsure of or that are undefined, and hands the conversation to clinic staff instead. Every conversation is visible in the panel, so when you spot a wrong answer you can correct the underlying information and update the assistant.

During setup we load your service list, price ranges, working hours, practitioner specialisms and your answers to frequently asked questions. When any of that changes you update it in the panel and the assistant works from the new information immediately.

When the patient explicitly asks for a person, when the topic falls outside the assistant's defined knowledge, or when a complaint or a matter requiring clinical judgement comes up, the conversation is transferred to clinic staff automatically.
