Why a dedicated clinic platform?
The work of a medical aesthetics clinic never fitted into one piece of software. Appointments lived in one program, patient photos on a phone, payments in a spreadsheet, WhatsApp conversations on the receptionist's personal number. Because every system ran separately, none of them showed the real picture of the clinic.
Estora Klinik OS was built to bring those pieces onto one platform. The appointment calendar shares data with finance, the patient file with CRM, stock with the sales screen. The path from a patient's first Instagram message to their post-treatment satisfaction survey is tracked without a break.

Built for medical aesthetics
Not a general-purpose booking program. The before/after archive, session package tracking, treatment plans and consent flow were designed around this field's needs.
Data stored in Türkiye
Data is held in Türkiye on Turkcell server infrastructure. ISO 27001 certification and TÜBİTAK approval are in progress.
How we work
We set Estora up as part of your business, not as a software licence. Our setup team defines your branches, practitioners, rooms, services and prices together with you; migrates your existing data; and runs separate training sessions for reception, practitioners and management. Standard setup takes about three working days.
We don't disappear after go-live either: the AI assistants handle patients 24/7 while our support team is alongside your clinic during working hours.
